CORRECTION ORDERS The enclosed State Form documents the state correction orders. The Department of Health documents state correction orders using federal software. Tag numbers are assigned to Minnesota state statutes for Home Care Providers. The assigned tag number appears in the far left column entitled "ID Prefix Tag."
