WAC 388-78A-2305: The assisted living facility failed to ensure hot food serving temperatures were maintained at or above 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Baked salmon was observed at 125 degrees F on Queen Anne Unit and dropped to 115 degrees F on Fremont Unit, placing residents at risk for food-borne illness. WAC 388-78A-2305: The assisted living facility failed to ensure cold food serving temperatures were maintained at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Garden salad was served at 42.4 degrees F and 43 degrees F on Fremont Unit, exceeding safe cold holding standards and placing residents at risk for food-borne illness.
