“Based on observation and interview, the manager failed to ensure that toxic materials stored by the facility were stored in a locked area and inaccessible to residents. The deficient practice posed a risk to a resident's physical health and safety. Findings include: 1. During the environmental inspection of the facility with E3, the Compliance Officer observed an unlocked cabinet under the kitchen sink, which contained the following toxic materials: 1- Bottle of “Comet with Bleach Cleaner” 1- Bottle of “Resolve Shot and Stain” 1- Bag of “Kirkland Dishwasher Tablets” 2. In an exit interview, the findings were reviewed with E1, and no additional information was provided.”
