“Medications prescribed for ten days for Residents #1, #2 and #3 were found in the residence's first floor medication cart on 3/28/24; however, these medications were discontinued prior to the inspection date and should not have been in the cart.”

“A loose pill was observed in the first-floor medication cart on the inspection date, indicating improper storage conditions in violation of medication storage requirements.”
