The April 1, 2026 inspection resulted in zero deficiencies — can you walk us through the written policies and staff training protocols that MDH reviewed during that visit, particularly for dementia care under Minnesota Statutes chapter 144G?

Ask the operator on tour. Take notes and compare answers across facilities you visit.

02 /

With a 22-bed assisted living facility holding a dementia care license, how does Golden Manor document and demonstrate compliance with Minnesota's specialized dementia care requirements — can families review your most recent corrective action plans or attestations submitted to MDH?

Ask the operator on tour. Take notes and compare answers across facilities you visit.

03 /

Two inspection reports are on file with the Minnesota Department of Health, both showing zero deficiencies — what documentation does the facility maintain internally to prepare for state surveys, and can prospective families see examples of your quality assurance records?

Ask the operator on tour. Take notes and compare answers across facilities you visit.
