In an interview, E1 confirmed that a disaster drill had not been conducted at the facility since May 2, 2024.”

The Compliance Officer observed Gorilla Super Glue Gel in an unlocked drawer in the kitchen accessible to residents. 2. In an interview, E1 confirmed that Gorilla Super Glue Gel was in an unlocked drawer in the kitchen.”
