Plain-language summary

I'm unable to write a summary because the source document provided contains only header information and repetition with no actual narrative details about what was investigated, what was found, or what outcome occurred. To provide families with accurate information about this complaint investigation, I would need the substantive findings from the March 2025 report.

Plain-language summary

I don't have enough detail from the document excerpt you've provided to write an accurate summary. The information shows only that a complaint investigation occurred in January 2024, but does not include what the complaint alleged, what was found, or what the outcome was. To write a proper summary for families, I would need the narrative section describing the complaint details and investigation findings.
