“Based on record review and interview, the manager failed to ensure that medication taken by a resident was documented in the resident’s medical record for one of one resident sampled. The deficient practice posed a risk if the facility was unable to meet a resident's needs.     Findings include:   1.  Record review established that the facility failed to document R1’s medication administration from August 1, 2025, to August 7, 2025, for the following medications:   -       Amlodipine 10mg due at 8pm daily -       Aripiprazole 20mg due at 8pm daily -       Atorvastatin 20mg due at 8pm daily -       Austedo 12mg due at 8pm daily   2.  In an interview, E1 confirmed that the facility failed to document R1’s medication administration from August 1, 2025, to August 7, 2025, for the following medications:   -       Amlodipine 10mg due at 8pm daily -       Aripiprazole 20mg due at 8pm daily -       Atorvastatin 20mg due at 8pm daily -       Austedo 12mg due at 8pm daily”
