Findings include: 1. During a facility tour, the compliance officer observed the following medications left in an unlocked area: -Amlopidine 10mg inside a cabinet in the kitchen. 2. In an interview, E1 and E2 acknowledged the medications were left unsecured inside the facility's kitchen cabinet.”
